Information you enter in the app
Customer names, service addresses, quote details, price-book items, company details, and exported estimates are stored locally on your device in the app’s private storage. TwinkleBid does not operate a cloud account or sync service for this data, and the Android app excludes it from cloud backup. You control any PDF you choose to share through your device’s share sheet.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases on iPhone, and Google processes Google Play purchases on Android. RevenueCat is used to check purchase and entitlement status. Purchase services may process an app user identifier, product identifier, transaction state, country/region, and technical diagnostics needed to provide and restore the purchase. TwinkleBid does not receive your full payment-card number.
App diagnostics and analytics
The apps send a limited set of product-flow events to PostHog, such as onboarding completed, job created, quote completed, PDF previewed, quote shared, and paywall, purchase, and restore outcomes. Each event carries a random identifier generated by the app, the app version and build, platform, locale, and for purchases the product identifier and outcome. Events never include customer names, service addresses, contact details, or quote contents. PostHog may derive an approximate location from the network address. The iPhone app may also send crash diagnostics. TwinkleBid does not use advertising identifiers and does not show ads.
Website analytics
The website records a small set of anonymous product-flow events through its own endpoint: page views, calculator use (that a field was edited, never the values), downloads, and App Store link clicks with a source label. Each event carries the page path, referring page, campaign parameters in the URL, coarse country and device class from the request, and a random identifier that lasts only for the browser tab session. No cookies, form contents, IP addresses, or identified profiles are stored. Events are kept in our Cloudflare database and copied to PostHog, our product-analytics processor, without person profiles. Do not enter personal or customer information into website calculators; calculations run in your browser and are not submitted to TwinkleBid.
Cross-promotion and network requests
The app may fetch a public Openverse app catalog to display optional links to other products. It falls back to a bundled catalog when unavailable. Opening an external link is handled by your device and the destination’s privacy terms apply.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app, subject to your device backups. App analytics are retained according to the configured PostHog project retention, and website analytics events for up to 24 months. Children
TwinkleBid is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
